No need to discuss scope of work, prices, and other time wasters. Our subscription has no long-term commitment and the monthly price is set in stone.

Our clients’ marketing departments love the convenience of being subscribed to Predi Designs. Anytime they need business cards, flyers, or anything else graphic design, they just shoot us an email. We give them peace of mind that it will be taken care of in a timely manner so they don’t have to worry about it.

No Long-Term Commitment

Hiring a graphic designer costs more than just their salary. Health benefits, 401K matching, office space, and equipment are other less visible costs of hiring someone in-house. With Predi Designs, you are not obligated to keep working with us once your to-do list grows short. Our contract is month-to-month, with prices that are established before signing on.

You have Questions? We have answers.

Payment is due the 1st of each month, with a 7-day leniency period before late fees are applied. Any services desired that are outside the scope of the subscription, like printing or shipping costs, will be applied to the next monthly bill.

Our prices are cemented at the monthly rate above for the subscription. The current price of our subscription only applies to a single brand/entity. Any additional brands/subsidiaries included in the subscription will add an additional $500/mo.

It really depends on how often you wish to utilize us. If you only need one project, a subscription is NOT for you. If you’re looking for someone to handle a majority of your graphic design work every month, then subscribing to Predi Designs would be the fiscally responsible move rather than paying us for each individual project.

Pretty simple.

Start emailing us what you need and we create it for you. We’ll send you a first draft, you give us feedback, we send you a second draft. Wash, rinse, and repeat until each job is done. It’s pretty much how any graphic design project works. The only difference is we all work from our home offices and the final project will blow you away!

Of course! We wouldn’t leave you high and dry like that.

If there are no outstanding payments, everything Predi Designs creates for your brand under the subscription become yours once the subscription is cancelled. We keep the files used to create everything for your business and hand them over to you once the contract is final and terminated. We reserve the right to use any published work for promotional purposes.

Examples of outsourced expenses would be printing services, stock photos, and shipping costs.

Any additional expenses that are not within the scope of the subscription will get added onto the next monthly invoice. All of these expenses must be approved by the client prior to purchasing.

It’s a hassle-free process. Before the 15th of the month, tell us you don’t wish to continue your subscription in writing. Your contract will terminate at the end of that month. If you notify us on the 15th or after, we require you to stay subscribed for an additional month. We will still provide you with services for that additional month, should you need them.

Also, we will gladly welcome you back should you change your mind!

Of course! We are only human, so expecting a large project to be finished under 24 hours is a bit unreasonable. Still, we strive to meet any deadline given to us. The more time we have, the more we can spend refining the project to be the best representation of your company’s brand. If you need a tradeshow booth for an event coming up in six months, tell us now instead of later.

We do include a rush-fee for any job that is required to be completed in under 24 hours.

Predi Designs is contractually obligated to not disclose any proprietary information. If you tell us it’s a secret – our lips are sealed! We have several competing companies subscribed with us and we have yet to break faith with any of them.

We haven’t run across a catch quite yet!
