Easy! Simply apply through our form. Once we’ve reviewed your application, we’ll reach out to discuss what we can do for you. Once you agree to our straightforward subscription terms, you’re all set!

Nope! Our contracts are month-to-month, with only a two-month minimum required. We love keeping things flexible for our customers!

Payments are automatically processed via recurring ACH payments. This way, we keep things simple, stress-free, and predictable! That way we can focus on getting you exactly what you need instead of chasing down payments.

Your monthly rate is locked in when you subscribe. It won’t increase unless you cancel and resubscribe or otherwise modify your subscription terms.

While advertised rates for new customers may fluctuate over time due to economic changes, your subscription rate won’t go up.

Requesting Designs

Once you’re subscribed, requesting design work is simple and straightforward. This section explains how to send in projects, what types of work we handle, and how we keep everything organized so your team gets the most out of the service.

Simply email your designer! No complicated forms needed. Just send clear, straightforward instructions, examples you like, content, and any other relevant details for your project.

Absolutely! If it’s graphic design, animation, or even a 3D rendering of your product, just ask! Our designers are versatile and have a wide range of skills to handle most requests.

No limits! Feel free to submit as many as your team needs. However, keep in mind that a designer works on one project at a time, so prioritizing your requests is essential.

While we welcome collaboration with multiple employees in your organization, we recommend designating a single contact to manage requests. This helps avoid duplicated efforts, prioritization conflicts, and ensures clear, consistent design and communication.

Pricing & Billing

We keep billing predictably simple. No confusing line items or surprise charges, just straightforward pricing that reflects the value of consistent, high-quality design. This is how we structure payments and how we handle unique billing needs.

We can negotiate based on your company’s unique needs. The price shown is typically appropriate for companies with roughly 10-60 employees and a single brand, which is our most common clientele.

We only have fees for late payments and rush jobs that require extremely short turnaround times. They are used more as a deterrent to hopefully avoid these issues. They are not a means for sneakily acquiring wealth.

Invoices go out on the 20th each month for the upcoming month’s service, and payment is due within the first week of the month.

Revisions & Collaboration

Design is a collaborative process, and we’re here to make sure every piece reflects your vision. Whether it takes one round or ten, we’ll keep refining until it’s right. This part discusses how revisions work, what to expect, and how we ensure you’re always happy with the final product.

It’s unlimited! As long as you’re a subscriber, we’re here to revise your projects until you’re 100% satisfied.

Minor revisions are typically completed within 24 hours. Our designers have a daily queue they work through, and new requests are promptly added and addressed in order.

No worries, everyone has unique tastes and preferences. Just provide your honest feedback, and we’ll start over and keep refining until it matches exactly what you’re looking for. We design your projects with your satisfaction in mind.

Ownership & Confidentiality

We believe in full transparency when it comes to ownership and discretion. This section explains how we handle intellectual property, client confidentiality, and portfolio usage so you always know where your content stands.

You do! All intellectual property rights belong fully to our clients. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of content created under the subscription contract if there’s a lapse in payment. Delivery will resume once the issue is resolved.

We take confidentiality seriously! No shared information, ever. We just need to be made aware of what information is privileged.

Predi Designs reserves the right to use any non-confidential projects in our public design portfolio. We ask our clients to clearly inform us if a project is confidential.

Merchandise Ordering

We also help bring your brand to life through printed materials and promotional items. Here’s how we handle the ordering process.

While we recommend that clients place orders directly with the vendor, we can absolutely assist or fully manage the process for you if needed. Whether it’s business cards, posters, or branded swag, we’ll make sure your materials look great and get where they need to go.

Ideally the payment will be handled entirely by the client. If this is not possible, we’ll request your approval on the third-party vendor’s quote and then use a client-provided payment method to complete the purchase.

We never proceed with an order without your green light. We use your company’s provided payment method only after your approval.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that needs change. Whether you’re pausing, pivoting, or wrapping up, our cancellation process is designed to be simple, respectful, and client-friendly. This covers what to expect when it’s time to part ways.

Just send us a written notice at least one month in advance of your intended cancellation date. This gives us time to properly wind down your active project list and complete any remaining work in progress. We’ll help wrap things up smoothly and make sure nothing gets left behind.

Once all invoices are settled, we’ll package and send a downloadable link containing all final project files and deliverables we created during your subscription. You’re free to store, reuse, and repurpose these however you see fit. It’s your intellectual property! We’re just here to help you build it.

Project Timelines

Every project is different, and we tailor our timelines accordingly. It could be a quick turnaround or a longer creative build. Either way, we balance efficiency with thoughtful execution to deliver the best possible outcome.

It depends on the size and complexity of the project. Simple, two-sided documents can often be turned around in 1–2 business days. Larger projects like videos, animations, or websites can take several weeks or even months. We’re known for being fast and responsive, but we always prioritize quality over speed.

The good news is that our clients commend us on being timely and addressing their needs faster than they expected.

You can, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. That said, the best results come from giving us time to conceptualize, explore options, and refine the design. Rushing a project can lead to inconsistencies, overlooked potentially harmful branding errors, and missed opportunities for creativity. It’s never recommended to publish something without extensive review.

Non-Subscription Projects

We’re built for long-term collaboration, but we understand some customers only need short-term support. If you’re considering a one-off project or just have a few things to knock out, here’s how that works.

Yes, but we strongly encourage a subscription for most situations. Single projects require upfront scoping, pricing discussions, and will include revision limits. Until payment is received, deliverables are sent with watermarks.

In many cases, what sounds like a “single” project, like a website, also includes content creation, custom graphics, mockups, programming interactive elements, regular monthly maintenance, and more. These line items can add up quickly. Most clients discover that even a short-term subscription ends up being the smarter, more cost-effective option.

A short-term subscription is the ideal choice. You’ll save money, avoid scope-based invoices, and benefit from faster turnaround with no revision limits. It’s a better experience all around.

True emergencies are rare and should be limited to major issues like potentially brand-damaging designs.
