This showreel represents early 3D animation work developed before transitioning into full-time contract services. It includes industrial product animations, training materials, and branding sequences, each reflecting an effort to push technical and creative boundaries at the time.
Among the featured work is a fire extinguisher training animation, created for an educational safety program, alongside detailed valve animations for multiple industrial clients. Many of these projects utilized 3D mapping techniques in After Effects, cinematic lighting, and special effects enhancements to elevate standard product animations into engaging visual assets.
While these animations no longer represent the full extent of Predi Designs’ capabilities today, they remain an important archive of technical growth and artistic development.
Project Goals & Purpose
This project serves as an archival piece, documenting the progression of 3D animation techniques before fully embracing contract work. While current projects have evolved significantly, this collection remains a testament to foundational skills, problem-solving, and experimentation in industrial visualization, motion graphics, and branding animation.

This meant working with hardware limitations, requiring efficient lighting, rendering, and motion strategies to achieve high-quality results. Additionally, balancing industrial product animations and corporate branding work required adapting to different creative approaches within the same reel.

By leveraging After Effects 3D mapping, keyframe-driven motion graphics, and cinematic lighting techniques, these animations achieved a high level of visual fidelity despite the technological limitations of the time. Each project became an opportunity to experiment, refine, and develop a deeper understanding of 3D animation across multiple industries.
