Summary

After launch, the Belleville International site became a practical sales engine. We replaced a single-page placeholder with structured content, industry storytelling, and multiple conversion paths. Visitors can request specialized parts through a detailed RFQ form, download literature via email-gated access, and explore applications supported by 3D visuals, cutaways, and parallax depth. The system measures leads, captures intent, and repurposes brand assets developed during the rebrand. Remote collaboration remained seamless, and the final result balances performance, clarity, and credibility. The client now has an industrial website that reflects their precision manufacturing, supports their team, and scales with future content.

Project Goals & Purpose

From a brand evolution perspective, our goal was to convert an informational placeholder into a credible sales tool that mirrors Belleville International’s precision manufacturing. Before kickoff, we defined the operational needs behind the interface, including lead routing, literature control, and an RFQ process tailored to highly specific, custom machined parts. The site needed to respect technical accuracy and reduce friction for engineers, while still guiding purchasing stakeholders who value clarity and responsiveness.

    We will structure clear conversion paths that include RFQ submissions, gated downloads, and contact prompts, guiding different user types with tailored microcopy and hierarchy, while maintaining measurable funnels that help the sales team prioritize and follow up quickly.

Challenges

The legacy site offered minimal content, which limited discovery and conversion paths, and the products required precise technical representation. Building a long-form RFQ without overwhelming users demanded careful planning. Coordinating across states, we also needed to organize a broad literature library and align stakeholders on taxonomy, while balancing visual depth with speed, accessibility, and maintainable components that a small internal team could support confidently.

We replaced the single page with a modular structure, mapping journeys for engineers and buyers. The RFQ uses progressive steps, validation, and file uploads to capture detail without friction. Literature is gated with simple email access that fuels nurture workflows. 3D renders, cross sections, and parallax are tuned for legibility and performance.
