When Pirate Ranch needed a memorable, high-impact tri-fold brochure, they turned to Predi Designs for a bold and immersive design. We took inspiration from classic pirate aesthetics, incorporating aged textures, map-like layouts, and woodgrain paneling reminiscent of a seafaring ship. Beyond aesthetics, this piece was designed as a sales tool, highlighting the diverse fauna available for hunting, detailed descriptions of the landscape, and compelling calls to action to drive bookings.
The final result was a professionally designed yet highly thematic tri-fold that captured the rugged excitement of the hunt, making it an effective promotional piece for Pirate Ranch.

We designed a highly thematic layout, bringing in textured backgrounds, vintage map elements, and rugged typography to immerse the reader in the spirit of adventure. Every element, from imagery to typography, was carefully chosen to match the wild, untamed nature of the hunting experience.
Beyond aesthetics, this brochure needed to function as a powerful marketing tool, offering clear, concise details about the available game, the terrain, and why Pirate Ranch was the premier hunting destination. The structure allowed for easy readability, while strong visual hierarchy ensured key selling points stood out. The biggest challenge was balancing the adventurous, pirate-themed aesthetic with professionalism and clarity. The brochure needed to attract outdoor enthusiasts while also serving as an effective marketing tool, ensuring it wasn’t too gimmicky.
