Predi Designs created a comprehensive, visually guided document to address common errors in collection, labeling, and sample sizing. Most visuals were custom-crafted, including photographs taken using a PDT-90 At-Home Test Kit provided by the Psychemedics Marketing Director. By combining clear instructions with strategic visual cues, the manual has improved compliance and efficiency across collection centers.
Project Goals & Purpose
Hair drug testing is a precise science, and every step in the collection process must be executed flawlessly to ensure validity and accuracy. However, Psychemedics was facing recurring issues: collectors were either taking too much hair, frustrating clients, or collecting too little, leading to delays. Mislabeling and skipped steps compounded these challenges.
To solve this, Psychemedics leveraged their Predi Designs subscription to produce a detailed collection manual. This document visually reinforces each step, making it accessible to all collectors regardless of experience level. By creating a training asset that combines simplicity with compliance, we ensured that every test meets strict regulatory standards.
