Summary

We partnered with McCord Development to broadcast Generation Park’s explosive progress through eye-catching social media. Our designers built mega-type graphics that compared acreage to Disney parks and mapped infrastructure against iconic landmarks, then ran a Staycation Giveaway with Courtyard Marriott to humanize the numbers. The campaigns achieved record engagement, boosted tenant inquiries, and deepened resident pride. By acting as an on-demand creative extension of McCord’s marketing team, we proved how agile design iteration can keep a master-planned community top-of-mind while its skyline evolves.

Project Goals & Purpose

Before design work began, we recognized two core audiences, families seeking an amenity-rich neighborhood and corporate site selectors evaluating industrial parcels. Both groups required quick, relatable proof of Generation Park’s scale and accelerating timeline. As a subscription-based design agency, we offered McCord the freedom to request multiple iterations without renegotiating scope, ensuring every statistic felt both astonishing and accurate. We planned a hierarchy that placed headline numbers in ninety-point type, paired with secondary facts in high-contrast color blocks that stop thumbs mid-scroll. To emphasize lifestyle credibility, we proposed a Staycation Giveaway collaboration with Courtyard Marriott, blending hospitality imagery with district branding to showcase immediate livability. Every creative asset was templated for effortless updates, allowing McCord’s internal team to refresh data the moment new construction milestones hit. The ultimate purpose was to start conversations, spark anticipation, and funnel prospects to on-site tours, demonstrating how continual, subscription-based creative support accelerates community growth.

  • Make Scale Tangible
Translate abstract acreage and infrastructure lengths into everyday comparisons, allowing prospective investors to visualize opportunity instantly and motivating them to request detailed land-parcel data from McCord’s sales staff.
  • Accelerate Social Shareability
Employ ultra-large numerals, succinct copy, and contrasting brand colors so posts earn organic reposts from residents, thereby extending campaign reach without additional ad spend and validating community enthusiasm.
  • Strengthen Lifestyle Appeal
Integrate the Staycation Giveaway to showcase the new Courtyard Marriott, rewarding local followers while subtly demonstrating that essential hospitality services are already in place for visiting relatives and business guests.
“What’s New With GP?” distills monthly achievements into billboard-sized typography, reinforcing a narrative of unstoppable momentum and reassuring corporate site selectors about delivery timelines.

Challenges

Our biggest hurdle was credibility. Sky-high numbers risked sounding exaggerated, and any error would erode trust with investors who scrutinize details. At the same time, social feeds demanded lightning-fast turnarounds, leaving little room for lengthy approvals. Balancing rapid output with meticulous fact-checking, while aligning two separate brand identities, Generation Park’s bold palette and Courtyard Marriott’s hospitality imagery, meant managing multiple stakeholder expectations and color-matching constraints without slowing momentum.

Solutions

We instituted a dual-track workflow, rapid concept drafts delivered through our design retainer service, followed by a fact-verification checklist signed off by McCord’s engineers. High-contrast design frames unified both brands without dilution, and our templated system empowered McCord’s marketers to swap numbers in seconds. By leveraging on-demand creative services, we maintained daily posting cadence, upheld data integrity, and exhibited the efficiency that defines our corporate design solutions.

The Staycation Giveaway graphic blends local couple's photography with a custom staycation graphic, inviting residents to enjoy a luxury weekend and discover new on-site hospitality without leaving the neighborhood.
