We’re thoughtful about who we bring on. Our team works with minimal oversight, so we look for reliable professionals who can manage their time, communicate well, and produce excellent work without hand-holding.
Required & Desired Skills
Can You Do This?
Applicants must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and PowerPoint. These programs form the foundation of our daily workflow and are essential to delivering consistent, high-quality results for our clients.
If you’re not an expert in every creative discipline, that’s okay. However, we do value versatility, curiosity, and adaptability. Designers who bring additional skills in video, animation, photography, or interactive media will be given extra consideration.
