The transition felt seamless because we already knew GryphonESP’s brand, their workflow, and what their customers actually look for when they land on the site. This rebuild turned an early web presence into a content rich platform designed to win on category strength, not an endless maze of thin pages. Each service area was built to guide visitors naturally toward action, with clear templates, steady calls to reach out, and lead capture that logs reliably to both email and an on site backup. A lightweight hero video sets the tone immediately, communicating purpose and capability without slowing the experience down. The FAQ hub quickly became one of the strongest entry points for search, and the visual system ties everything together using real on site photography alongside years of Predi created assets. The result feels modern, easy to maintain, and built to convert while staying practical for a team that has real work to do every day.

Project Goals & Purpose

Before kickoff, our purpose was straightforward, build a website that captures GryphonESP’s full capability while staying easy to maintain and rewarding to search. Competitor examples showed strong product breakdowns but drifted into overly specific pages that thin out content and hurt rankings. We planned a different approach, create category level pages that carry real substance, then let detail expand inside those sections rather than on dozens of isolated URLs.

Operationally, publishing had to be simple. We set up a templated system behind the scenes so nontechnical users can add or retire services, keep formatting consistent, and avoid layout issues. Every high intent area repeats calls to action, routing visitors to phone, email, or forms quickly. Lead handling logs to email and the site as a backup to prevent misses. For search performance, we aligned each page to relevant terms, used structured headings, and included credible references to related organizations such as OSHA and safety regulators where appropriate. The hero video was tuned to be short and efficient, and we avoided heavy effects that slow first paint. Challenges

The previous presence lacked depth and would have fractured into many thin pages if expanded carelessly. We needed to scale content without hurting performance or confusing editors. Visuals spanned more than a decade, so brand updates required light retouching for consistency. Lead reliability was critical, which meant building redundancy into forms. Lastly, the site had to highlight priority services prominently without overwhelming visitors who arrive with urgent needs.
