Summary
To elevate Cooper Valves’ presence at industry trade shows, we collaborated with Nimlok to create a visually compelling booth that balanced brand messaging with functional design. By leveraging 3D modeling, rendering, and photography, we streamlined the design approval process, significantly reducing production time and costs. The ability to visualize the booth before print ensured a flawless final result, strengthening Cooper Valves' industry presence.
Project Goals & Purpose
A well-executed trade show booth is more than just a physical space, it’s an opportunity to make a lasting impression, drive engagement, and position a brand as an industry leader. Cooper Valves needed a solution that would showcase their high-performance industrial valves while maintaining a visually appealing and functional design. They also required a streamlined design process that would minimize production risks and last-minute adjustments.
To achieve this, we leveraged advanced 3D visualization techniques to provide a detailed preview of the booth before it was manufactured. By integrating photorealistic rendering, custom photography, and precision modeling, we allowed Cooper Valves to refine their vision without incurring unnecessary production costs. The final design ensured consistency between brand messaging and visual presentation, creating a polished and engaging trade show experience.
Challenges
Trade show booths require high-impact visuals, but producing a full-scale design without pre-visualization risks costly last-minute changes. Additionally, ensuring accurate product representation in a confined space posed a challenge.
Solutions
We addressed these challenges by implementing a fully digital pre-visualization process, significantly reducing production risks and expenses. By utilizing Blender, Keyshot, and SolidWorks, we created an interactive 3D model that allowed Cooper Valves and Nimlok to fine-tune the booth layout before manufacturing. This approach eliminated guesswork and provided clear insights into spatial constraints, branding alignment, and structural integrity.
Additionally, we integrated custom warehouse photography to craft a compelling backdrop that reflected Cooper Valves’ real-world operations. The final booth combined functional design with immersive branding, ensuring a polished, professional presence at the trade show. By resolving design concerns before production, we minimized costly last-minute modifications and streamlined the entire approval process.
